We will work with each customer on a one on one basis on all returned products. However, as a valued customer you must know that because of our quality personalized colored golf balls and expedient shipping this situation very rarely occurs.

Back orders will ship as soon as the product is available. However, we seldom run into a back order situation
Shipping Policies
Orders take about five business days to produce and will ship upon compleation. Due to our large volumes and inventories, shipments of personalized colored golf balls can happen quickly if we recieve prior notice.
Damaged Goods Policy
Damaged balls must be returned. Upon receiving the damaged balls they will be replaced.
